PC is tested and working in original box with accessories, but a previous shipment incident caused some issues. Firstly, the ram retention arm on one side of the upper slot was knocked loose and a piece of the plastic holding it in place chipped away, meaning that the top ram DIMM will sometimes pop-out when PC is jostled. However, bottom channel is unaffected, and the 16GB stick is installed there and operates without issues. One fin of the heat sink for the CPU/GPU has broken off, and a few near that end are slightly bent. That said, this affects cooling capacity by less than .1%. The wifi antenna cable has become loose from the board, and the original SSD failed to be recognized. Because of this, drive was replaced with a Samsung 980 Pro and a clean install of Windows 11. No external damage or defects. Includes cables and broken parts, and PC otherwise operates as expected with no issues. Will be packaged and shipped with care same/next day by an experienced seller.
